The John Cox is trained in search and seizure, emergency readiness, and conflict management. He has taken classes in suicide prevention, bullying prevention, first aid, CPR and child abuse and neglect.

Welcome to I.O.P Christian Martial Arts. We at I.0.P are dedicated in providing a martial arts training program that is simple but effective. While at the same time providing a family atmosphere that promotes character building and good Christian morals and values.

Classes are divided by belt rank into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. From the beginning, they are encouraged and praised in a positive way, and they quickly become self-motivating as they develop self-discipline, self-control, confidence, self-esteem, and responsibility. Respect is highly stressed and students quickly learn to respond with "Yes sir!" and "Yes ma'am!" Along with karate self-defense
